What engine is this?

I have a Morris 1000 engine of unknown age. Could anyone please tell me how to identify the capacity. The engine number is 10MA-U-H223142. Thanks in advance for any help.

Going from the 10MA, it's a 1098 lump.

Further investigations uncovered it was an inside job!!
