I've just bought a 1966 2 door saloon only to find a hole in the engine block! Could anyone please advise where I might be able to pick up a reasonably priced second hand engine?

Did you hear the engine running before buying?? Sure it's not just a core-plug that has fallen out? Could we see a picture of the hole??
