i was wondering what people think of this new engine treatment its a special fuel that removes all the rubbish inside the engine ,and is it worth the cost .would do this on the modern car thats 16 years old .

Seems like massive overkill on a simple engine like an A series.
Might be worth it on a modern fuel injected engine with all the sensors and emission control pipework I suppose.
