804cc Fuel Pump

Hi,

I need to replace the fuel pump on a '54 split screen 804cc.

Just wondered if the fuel pump for the 948cc or 1098cc will fit?

Also if anyone has a spare that will fit I would gladly take it of your hands.

yep a later one will fit ok. you may need the take off for the carb from your old one if youve still got the 90 degree braded type fuel pipe. if that makes sense.

Not sure if we've got any in stock at the moment but the Dorset branch usually has a stock of fully reconditioned pumps on sale. I know you didn't want to pay out £60 but if its fully reconditioned it's worth it for the reliability.

Is this a mechanical pump mounted on the engine block (normally only on Austins....) - or the electric SU pump??
