Did for my recent complaint... I *think* they stopped the seller in question from selling any more items

I even got a £20 voucher.

They are much better on the phone rather than email

I am sure they will help with a buyer/seller dispute!
But you try telling them the way the search peramiters are set up are useless,"read no classic car part section",and they will tell you to use the next to useless filters!
The problem there being it will take you god knows how long to add all the relevant words you want to filter out!!
You cannot filter out shop sellers who flood a section with 1000's of irrelevant led bulbs, clips, whatever!
The compatibility thing is another in your face section, and regular sellers dont realise they can opt not to use it!
Its abused by big sellers who list an item will fit when it wont!!
Classic car specific generic parts for instance now get lost in amongst all other car parts.
Search out chrome wing mirrors, and you get chrome door mirror covers for modern cars!
You need to search using the exact wording you think a seller may use!
Its so bad ive given up buying and selling on Ebay anymore,as trying to find the right buyer or item is akin to a lottery!!
Ebay only have 1 thing on their mind and thats making money, they dont seem interested in making thngs easier for the customers!
Sorry!! Rant over!!
