Look to the right or left of the eject button and there is a hole, straighten a paper clip and gently push it in, keeping it straight and it should manually eject the cd.

I pressed the delete button a few times and it decided to eject the disc. Thanks for your suggestion if it gets stuck again.
Just discovered that if I press Fn Lock key the Delete key becomes the eject key
