What other front hubs can be fitted and re-drilled to 4" pcd? Thanks

Why do you want 'other hubs' ? With some modifications/different bearings + sleeve - Marina hubs are sometimes used. I've found the Minor hubs to be perfectly satisfactory - and never had any bearing problems.

I think that front Wolsley 1500 hubs will fit.

Well - yes - because they are identical !! As are Riley 1.5 hubs........
