Has anyone got a good set of timbers I could borrow to get a pattern off im sure I could make them for a couple of hundred a set I will make a free set for you

Sorry I'm in nottinghamshire I want to see if i can cut them on a CNC machine

Yes can get ash from a specialist joinery supplier its not cheap but available and they are only next door to me

I am going to make the prototype out of MDF before I set about anything too expensive
