Series MM rear dampers

Hi all,

Can anyone inform me please if the standard rear dampers fitted to a low light

MM differ from the later 1098 ones ? If so, how?

I believe that the rear dampers are a slightly different design but the later dampers will fit. The drop link is a different length

There was a change at some point, but I'm sure the later ones will fit. Be sure to fill them with SAE 30 or 40 oil.......
