Traveller Towbar

Hi I am undergoing a restoration of my 1971 traveller and have been offered a Towbar free,however it is for a saloon can anyone tell me if they are the same please.regards

Offer it up - it should fit - but the type that only bolt on the bumper irons are hopeless - it MUST have good strong angle irons running forward and bolting through the floor and the rear 'chassis' legs.....

i HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A TOWBAR FOR MY 69 TRAVELLER AND WAS TOLD BY A BREAKER OF MINORS FOR TO MANY YEARS TO MENTION AND HE SAYS THEY ARE DIFFERENT.

Thanks gentlemen,that was very helpful I'm a long way fron that yet but didn't want to lose the chance of a free Towbar,as every penny helps when you end up uncovering all sorts of things during a restoration,on a different note is there anyone out there in the Leicestershire/Hinckley area that can help me with advice and or practical help on the removal and replacement of the boxing section and sill areas ,
