Jumping Car

Post by Cyril »

Hi
I recently mentioned in a few posts that my car was jumping and not running smoothly.
The problem has been sorted. The Advance/Retard diaphragm was completely worn and not working.
It also needed a new condenser.
This was replaced with a brand new one and everything is now ok!
:D :D :D
Kindest Regards
Mark
P.S I do apologise for all the Private Message hassle to some kind folks on here but thanks at the same time for all your advice.

Good stuff; it seems that the vac diaphragm and baseplate are generally very sorely neglected, and renewing it makes a considerable difference to the car's performance.
