Looking through the van pages on ebay, they seemed full of models more that spares/parts, as there was little of interest to me and out of curiosity I looked more closely at these models and was struck by the fact that they bore little resemblance to the actual vehicle they were depicting. Yes you can tell what it is suppose to be, and daresay a child would fall for it, but a poor effort non the less. It made me query the reason why this was, and it put me in mind of the spares situation------and can only think the reason is apathy and the lack of perspective. Anyone know if there are real works of art out there?

There was a 1963 Morris minor tourer in 1/2th scale at the museum at Gaydon in the shop. £149-99 !!!!

They are fantastic but are so delicate they almost need to be kept under a glass dome.
