Wing Mirror. Straight or curved.
I'm putting wing mirrors on my 1968 2 door saloon. I cant decide between the curved stem or straight. Is one any better than the other? Any thoughts much appreciated.
Re: Wing Mirror. Straight or curved.
In the interest of balance, CURVED.
In reality, wing mirrors for cars were an optional extra fitted at the dealer, and both styles of arm, along with flat or convex glass could be specified. Your car, choose whichever you prefer.

The longest arms available with convex mirrors, flat glass is useless
