Traveller bootwell floor repair

Post by Kinsley96 »

Is it just me, or does the Sri Lankan repair panel for the bootwell floor extension of the traveller not fit?

It would surprise me if it DID fit. Glad my restorations are behind me! Good luck to those still suffering. :(

ive got it in now with alteration, just the angle of the edge with the thread for the spare wheel clamp just did not match the angle of the rear floor angled edge. very annoying though be looking for hadrian panels from now on.

Well done - did you have to 'adjust' the angle?

Well my traveller still has its rotten wood on so I was able to position it correctly. I with the use of new inter grips I recently bought, I was able to pull the said edges together and weld, it's not the way I wanted it to go :x

Beginning of the projects so see how it goes.
