torsion bar adjustment
When re-building the front suspension on a 950 saloon, i have put the torsion bar on one side one tooth out, now when measuring, with engine now in place, from floor to underside of wing measures 25 1/4, and the other side 26 1/2, could someone tell me which of these is correct.then i know which to adjust. boydogs

You really need to take the car for a nice run to settle the suspension properly - before measuring. 'Bouncing' the suspension doesn't work - at least. it didn't for me!

Re: torsion bar adjustment
Stand back a ways and look at the side of the car, then look at the other side. You should be able to tell which side needs to go up or down. You want it to sit resonably level.
Talk slow, think fast!

Re: torsion bar adjustment
Measured mine today after a good run to settle it down - 25.5" both sides and it looks 'right' So I guess your 26.5 " needs to come down one spline. But it would be best to wait till after it has had a decent run.
