help lights

went out today and fired up borris to find non working headlights :evil: after checking the earth fuses and renewing the connections I still have nothing :roll:

but I have side lights and they work every time

its a 54 splitty

I guess you have no dipped or main beam. Fault has to be light switch or dip switch or the blue wire between the two.

was afraid someone was going to say the switch

what would be the best way to test this?

Join the wires off the switch - and see if the lights come on..... Are both the main and dip beams failed - on both headlights? If so - then most likely is the BLUE wire pulled off either at switch - or at dipswitch. Don't waste time looking at fuses - the headlights are not fused......
