NI Members trip to WYTMC Vintage Show, Stranraer

On Sunday 19th May a few members of the NI Branch decided to take the advantage of Stena Line's special day trip offer (from Belfast to Cairnryan) and with 3 minors we visited the Wigtownshire Yesteryear Transport and Machinery Club Show in Stranraer. It was a brilliant day and the weather was kind to us . 10 minors were on display and it was great to see cars we haven't seen before. The highlight of the day came when our Bertie Lyttle won 'Best In Show' with his minor van.

Yes, most of the members are going by a coach trip, 4 members are taking their minors and some (ourselves and stevey) are going by plane. On the countdown now.

A very enjoyable day yesterday,and the first time I have changed a flat tyre while on a ship!, looking forward to Oxford. Thanks to David for helping with the tyre,well done Bertie.

Yes Andrew, thanks for the pictures - a great day out! Its nice to see a lot of new cars as when you go to all the local vents you tend to see the same vehicles every week. I got talking to a lot of people and even came home with a couple of bargains
