Fitting new door cards

Hi
Just about to fit some new door cards and after looking at all the clips in the back of the new card I was wondering if there was an easier way to fit them? Anyone have any thoughts on using cup washers and self tappers, obviously visible, but easier to remove if you have to. Any thoughts welcomed. I did try a couple of the new clips in the holes in the door and they are a very tight fit. I noticed the row of holes along the bottom edge of the door have plastic inserts should they all have this?

only the bottom has the plastic inserts
put th clipsin where needed and hit on the clip in the door card with palm of your hand it will go

If the old clips are re- usable then re use them as they are a much
Better fit than the reproduction items.

Also, please ensure you move the clip round in the hole in the card
so it aligns with the hole, will go in much better than just thumping
it and hoping for the best!

To remove the door card unscrew the attachments and just run a screwdriver gently around the edge of the card and lever carefully when you find a clip

All done, used the old clips as suggested and they went back easily.

Thank goodness -screws would look terrible...........
