Chop top moggie

Post by alexmorris95 »

Hi all,
Im 18 and i am starting my first proper Moggie project soon and i am thinking of doing a chop top as im leaning towards hotrods but my budget doesn't quite stretch that far yet  , dont worry i wont be recklessly hacking away at it  , i have previous experience with classic cars and i have a mentor who has done this sort of thing before to guide me. I was wondering if anyone knew if an article that was floating around a couple of years ago is still available, it was a "29 step guide" to chopping a moggie, it would be nice to go over the steps and familiarize myself with them. Also any advice would be more than welcome as everyone has to start somewhere and im bound to be asking plenty of daft questions so bear with me
cheers

This is a link to the retro roof chop article that was printed in Custom Car Mag.
I appreciate this is an old post but I am new to the forum and the poster may not have seen it.
