Hi,
Despite trying to be careful and marking with paint etc, I have managed to get the torsion bar one spline out when I reassembled my off side suspension. This has resulted in the front offside wing being 1.5" too high. I would appreciate any advise with regards to lowering it. Looking through a number of topics on the subject, I think that I have to raise the rear arm. That is to say that looking at the arm from the front, I need to move it round by one spline in a clock wise direction. Can anyone confirm, please.

Yes - that's right - but it's only a 10 minutre job, so don't panic if it's not right first time!

Re: Reset Torsion Bar
Many thanks and as it was only recently re-assembled, at least I won't have any problems undoing anything.
Re: Reset Torsion Bar
Just put it together 'loosley' to check the height is now where you want it - and then pull it all up tight. As regulars are fed up hearing - I used to do this in a few minutes at side of road at start of Rallies if I heard there were going to be rough roads ahead!

I'd love to see a you tube of you doing the adjustment at the side of the road.
