rear plinths

would my 1954 4 door originaly had light plinths or would they just be the chrome light base on the wings?

Gold dash or central speedo?

Gold dash had the old type lucas 471 light mounted on a cast base, it then changed when the put the speedo in the centre and the new type slatted grill to the lucas 549 with the narrow chrome body mounted on an aluminium casting. The full chrome one didnt come in until the minor 1000 was introduced in 1956
