Looks like a Triumph - maybe a Spitfire?

I believe its a Triumph Spitfire, MK 11 or 111
I owned a mark 111 back in the day.NNC 920H
No bad backs working on the engine, always a warm tyre to sit on with the Bonnet up.Happy days. :D
