what is the best battery for morris minor 1000

hi can u tell me what is the best battery for Morris - 45A - 12v battery or 95A - 12v battery - i think if use 95A - it want to more time to full charge from dynamo - and Mr. Marky has seen more cars and he has researched about car , so can u tellme what is the most usable battery 45A or 95A
