Needle for HIF38 on 1098 engine?

Picked up a carb dirt cheap and want a starting point to work from, what needle do others find works well?

I run an AAA but I have the much larger valved head and a Cooper exhaust manifold. What inlet manifold are you going to use with your carb? Chances are it came off a Mini or similar - I would try it with the needle that's in it right now!
