Grille badge fixings!
I wish to attach a badge to my morris but have no fittings! Any suggestions please?

Badges come in two flavours - one fits directly to the grille with screws and back bars,
the other fits to a badge bar which attaches at the front of the car like the one below.
The choice is yours depending on which look you prefer.

If it is just the one badge you wish to attach find some suitable screws and washers large enough to retain it against the back of the grille slats.
The old AA badges had this all-in-one with the nuts doubling as 'lockers', being very long and thin and clamping the badge against the grille.

if yours is the grill type and has two holes ,one at each side ,you can get spring nuts and bolts at a local hard ware store,they are for drywall fixing and look like this[frame]

I had used one of these.....If you do use one like this you must unscrew the fixing and turn it around so the locking part fits to the back of the grill......

yes you unscrew it to push thru your badge but no need to turn it around ,screw it back on as it comes off in the picture:D it's spring loaded so just insure the clip part is vertical to grip the grill

They work a treat,I have my no plate fitted with them on the grill of mine.
