Temperature sender
Slightly odd question but does anybody know if the temperature sender in the B series 1500 engine is the same as the A series one? I have a friend with a wolseley 1500 and he needs a new sender and the suppliers are charging a small fortune for a sender and wondered if I could get him an A series one for a fraction of the price

Re: Temperature sender
If you check the diameter and TPI of the existing unit I would be happy to compare it with a spare series A I have here .

Re: Temperature sender
Hi
My 1960 Morris has a temperture sender switch. Where does the wire connected to it go?
Thanks

To a temperature gauge.
Not fitted as standard, do you have one fitted?[frame]

Re: Temperature sender
Temp senders are very much standard items fitted to many many cars of the era. Unless it is some aftermarket fitment?
