You won't be able to upload 2 different signature pics onto the board but if you make both pics into one using microsoft paint you can then upload the new single pic as a signature.

Being relatively new to all this and having never used forums before I started using this one, I have to ask......"What is a signature?"!
Equally, what is a BBC code, img, flash, url?
Smilies I think I've got the hang of!
And how does one "parse" a url, and what does it mean?
Sorry for being a thick old git!

A signature pic is a photo which is automatically added to all of your posts. As for the other 'techy' phrases - pass, but no doubt someone on here will be able to enlighten you :)

Thanks for your reply Louise. I can probably settle for 1. As I was able to add 2 in the past, I thought I was doing something wrong. :D

You could try this les. Not used it myself - but the Mini lads use it. And as you can see below - it is possible to have a few images in the Signature !!!

Thank you, Louise. And sorry for hijacking your post, Les.
Nice to see that the moderator doesn't know what a lot of the "techie" phrases mean either! Feel a whole lot better and less thickerererer than I did. If other peaople don't bother with the them, I'll nae bothere either! Can't be parsed!!

The webmaster has the in-depth software knowledge - you don't need to know how to "parse" an url to perform the moderator functions

Roy - how did you manage to post 2 images in your sig?

Equally, what is a BBC code, img, flash, url?
BB Code is code which can be used on the forum. Quote, List, Image and URL links are all some types of BB code

img is used for images (May be referred to as img tags) and look like this [ img]Your image link here[ /img] (Without the spaces between words and brackets) and means images can be embedded instead of having to click the link to see it. My sig has img tags around it so it can be seen instead of a link appearing which has to be clicked.

URL allows you to embed links on to the forum.

Flash allows multimedia (like adverts on the web) to work.

I hope this helps :)

The "BB" stands for "Bulletin Board".

I have also just tested mine and have got two images in no issue!

Are you trying to get two images in one set of tags?

I had originally wanted 2 pictures side by side, similar to what I had a while ago but happy enough to live with 1.

Les,

If you put a link to both Images I will try them out and if I can get them to work I will give you the code you need.
