Re: sill finishers
Maybe they sell 2 door ones which you can cut down for a 4 door?

Re: sill finishers
mine is a 2 door
Re: sill finishers
If you look down the length of the sill finisher, with the 'open' surface upwards, you'll see they are tapered - I think you probably have them on the wrong side. Try swapping them over

Re: sill finishers
hi bruce you are right about taper. but can not get them wrong as bolt spacing is not equal. think i will have to try move bottom hinge out on door see if that makes it any better

Re: sill finishers
Its easy get your angle grinder out split it down the middle and re weld i was lucky i made mine fit i know exactly what you have done wrong
Re: sill finishers
Move the bottom hinge out and the wing will be wrong. Sounds like the cill is fitted too far away from the floor pan. Apart from redoing the cill the earlier mentioned 'remedy' is the other option.( make the finisher narrower)

Re: sill finishers
The sill finishers are "handed" i.e. LH and RH so be careful to fit them correctly, and yes if your car has had any welding in the past the aperature may not be the right length to fit. They may need trimming. One of mine was a perfect fit the other needed trimming.
