Halogen lights not working?

Post by benwall101 »

Hi
Just fitted the wipac halogen lights on one side and there not working, when i fit the old light back in it works fine.
Could the only possible problem be with this dodgey bulbs from the kit?

Thanks Ben

Ben,

Is the black earth lead connected from the new Wipac unit back to the body?

Swap the bulb side to side to see!! But yes - as Richard points out - the earth lead MUST be connected - and to a GOOD earth.

i dont think there is a way to atach the earth lead to the wipac unit as its made out of some kind of plastic material.
i will give the earth a check and try the other side
