1953 moggy
hi,ive just bought a 1953 moggy minor,my first car was a 1957 1000,this is my last car i hope,1 bought my 1000 in 1967,this minor is in better nick, totally as from factory no welding needed,body needs some paint and a clean, been stuck in a garden for 4 years,will post some pics when its dlivered to me,will be a loving restoration,cheers

well its now 2 years later,still no pics,i was a bit wrong about no rot but its not a lot,suprisingly solid,ive done a fair amount of welding,im putting new floors in as the ones wernt too good,ive got discs and servo and stuff,building up an a+ marina engine and box,im struggling at mo to get a customised back plate for the engine as i believe it needs to be dropped a couple of inches to miss the clutch thingy on gearbox,can anyone help me locate one i know years ago you could buy one modified ive old books and parts magazines came with car,but i cant find one anywhere now,well happy christmas to everyone ill put some pics up next year if i can fathom out how to do it,cheers
