Diff question

I was rummaging at a local wreckers and came across a diff which looks like a minor diff but has the following:

42:8 (5.375 Ratio) and is stamped Britmo.

Any ideas what it is from?

YES, it's from a Morris GPO (post office) van. It is 43-8 not 42-8?
