Good idea fitting the guttering to the sides first. I did it the other way, fitting it to the roof first then fitting that assembly to the repaired sides. I notice you did yours whist still bolted to the cab, unfortunately my repairs were more extensive requiring the cab to be removed. Looking back at the photos is ok but the whole exercise is something I will never do again! Working from a 'phone box didn't help! Good luck with yours. :D

Very nice job, I trust you will treat against rust better than they did in the factory!

We've shopped the roofskin about half an inch.
Afther that we had to bend the roofskin to fix it to the guttering (see picture 1 and 2).
If the roofskin had rotten to far then this will be not an option because the guttering will be far to wide.
So the total height will we a little bit lower.
But when do you see 2 Minor Van's near each other on a parkingplace :D
Now we are going to fix the tail light skin and the bottom beam at the rear.
To be continued

Tim

You'll be parking next to many vans if you go to the 60th anniversary! Take it off and do it properly! :D :D

So next plan is to finish the rear cab.
The cab needs new floor panels, and some other panels :-?
I will give another update as soon as possible

Tim
