Morris Marina Brake servo

Hi,
I had a mad ebay moment and bought a 1971 morris minor pickup, luckily it was solid with all the usual patches etc.
I have been working through its problems, and have found the morris marina servo is not working and is unable to be repaired.
I cannot find a replacement servo, and due to other repairs cannot return it to minor brake pedals.
My question is does anyone know of a direct replacement servo from another car, I believe the rod length is important
and have been informed a tr6 servo may do but I have no access to rod lengths on the marina or tr6.
The brakes work and have passed an MOT but they are so heavy to operate.
The pickup has more make do and mend alterations but its a great laugh to drive and gets alot of attention.
Its MODs are
mg midget gearbox and engine
marina hydraulic clutch
marina pedalbox
marina front disc brakes
mg wiring with some minor left in places
ford escort fuel tank
mg wiper motor
various gauges added
mini control stalk on steering column

What make is the servo? Why can it 'not be repaired'? Well done getting it MOTd and on the road! Meantime - good plate of porridge for breakfast !

Engine rebuild in the front room....... !!! Aye right.... I did once get to rebuild my Minor engine in the kitchen when I lived at home with my parents - but it had to be done in one day - easy peasy.......

No idea what make, till I get it off and take all the lovely hammerite paint off it, cannot be repaired due to the
fact it looks like the two halves have been welded, badly) where the front meets the rear, it maybe able to be seperated but I think a replacement would be adviceable.
Been informed maybe a ford servo would fit but the elusive rod length, and servo multiply factor would be required.

IF you can match it up with one from a breakers , as long as bolts in place ,and has the same or simlar displacment, (1" 1/2) then make up the rod to length required .
Pick ups are the best way to roll .
