hat has any body found under paint on there car or van

hears what i found under the paint on my drivers off my old 4 door[frame]Image[/frame]

Is it an ex-military vehicle? If so, make sure that you get very good photos and contact the registrar.

on the other site i use it has been said that,

That it looks like the 1936 Birmingham Coat of Arms


so the door might be off a ex council van

Yes it does look at first sight, the Birmingham coat of Arms ,if the word "FORWARD " is in there the it confirms it .

It certainly does indeed look like the Birmingham coat of arms. It was put on any vehicle that was the responsibility of the Council - even the refuse lorries carried it!

Very interesting... obviously professionally done. Perhaps you could reproduce it again on the paintwork?

It does indeed look like the Brum coat of arms:

Some interesting heraldry there.

I would have thought though that Birmingham council would have favoured Austins.
