Yesterday the clutch pedal on my 1966 2 door suddenly felt different and on checking, the return spring has gone. I have got 2 spare springs, clutch and brake, but not sure which is which. One goes on fairly easily the other will be a right pain to get on, this one is made of bigger gauge wire. (Definitely not throttle return springs) Any ideas which is which?
cheers
John

Nope, put the lighter on on and see if it's enough to return the clutch pedal.

Re: Clutch/brake return spring
Also as it is open to the elements paint some grease on it, to help keep the corrosion at bay.
