Morris minor 1968 indicators not working drivers side

Evening guys and girls

been trying to sort this problem out for a few days now with no luck my indicators arnt working drivers side both front and rear passenger side works fine but when drivers side indicators are activated the stalk just flashes very dimly the flasher is clicking as should

tried to bypass the flash to see if they would light but only the passenger side lit up so not sure what it could be?

any help would be awesome

first port of call is almost always the earthing point(s),the dim light gives a clue to high resistance,good luck

cheers bud will have a look tomorrow another thing ive noticed is quite abit of rust under the drivers door and rear door in the middle of the 2, just wondering how bad this needs to be to affect the MOT as once this indicator is sorted she ready to be tested

You will need to feed power into the front circuit, and then the rear circuit in turn, to see where the problem lies. So - split the circuits after the selector switch and then try each in turn.

Check front and rear o/s indicator bulbs. The bulbs will only flash if there is 42W resistance in the circuit, ie both bulbs, 21W each are working. Still no luck, check the wiring
