Some more update pics
welding new bottom section to the front grill and started to repair the first door[frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame]superb welding after a light grinding with a flap disc
[frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame]
got to wait till warmer days before spraying
so am just fettling

Love all the dangly bits, do you think my "bank manager" would let me do the same in our living room or would it be better to do it in the kitchen and hide it all a wee bit between the pots and pans? :)

Also, what primer(s) have you used - looks very smooth and even!

waiting for the better weather before i spray the gloss
might spray the underside just to let me make more progress

well its been about a month now so time for an update
any pointers as to where i might have missed out details or assembly are welcome

yea i know the brass union should be laying horizontal i have since changed it
and the brake pipes should be cable tied
but feel free to point out safety issues etc

Nice and steady progress, great job! That golden gearbox looks amazing, not that usual! :D

Thought the gold colour indicated a unipart Gold Seal ( BLMC factory refurbished ) box / engine
