im guessing that this is for the front spring hangers for the rear axle, given the front of the car is on torshion bars?

According to Haynes, the distance between the OUTER ends of the spring anchorage bolts should be 42 and 23/64ths of an inch
which is apparently 107.59 cm (whatever those are). No measurements for the front to back location tho'
