My newly aquired V8 traveller.

Post by Dr Schnauzerton »

Here is my latest Minor.
It's a 1969 traveller that has had a V8 rover engine fitted 15 years ago.
I bought it from an eldely doctor who says he doesn't use it much these days.
It has a Tr6 steering and front axle.
Borgwarner 3 speed auto box
Cortina rear axle.
I am currently trying to source 14" steel wheels with ford fittment which will be painted old english white and have lugs welded on to receive minor hubcaps.[frame]Image[/frame]

I like this car as it looks standard and yet goes like a stabbed rat.

Thanks for the compliments and the advice.
I won't make it to the national as I need to fix a hole in the exhaust.
Sounds very nice but smells awfull.
