Hi all , I have just put a Kienzle car clock in to my moggie. Its connected as a direct continuous live feed with a fuse for protection. It clunks every so often ( is it suppose to do this ???? ) also its running slow there is a tiny screw on the back is this the retard advance ???? if it is any tips on how to set it up or do i have to keep going out every hour and turning it and hope this works.
Any and all tips welcome.
Best wishes
Alan

Re: Kienzle car clock
some electric car clocks will click, as they wind up. there should be a + and - on the back near the screw this is to operate the (speed) if thats what you call it .

I suspect the clock you have fitted is from a P6 Rover and yes they all click every so often! Having had several P6's they all do it!
