Fed up with Wet Bank Holiday weekends, why not book a day out in the glorious Northamptonshire sunshine

Hello there, we are running a classic vehicle rally in Woodford Halse, Northants on 9th June 2012 (missing all bank holidays and hence the poor weather) and are promoting this event to local classic vehicle clubs and magazines such as yours. We would appreciate it if you could add this to your clubs event calendar or circulate to your members by email, or promote on magazine noticeboards. The event will be held in conjunction with the Woodford Halse Country Fair, which lasts all afternoon, including raffle with £250 cash first prize, bar and BBQ, plus in the evening there is a battle of the bands, allowing a stage for local groups.

For clubs that register in advance we can provide club stand areas, and will promote your attendance on our own web site and face book page. For the vehicle rally we will run our “Pride of Woodford Cup” and have secured sponsor ship from the insurers Adrian Flux, and will offer £100 money off vouchers for the winner. For any interested businesses we can offer links on our web site to those who promote the event, or offer prizes, sponsorship or reciprocal links, or even trade stands if this is of interest.

Woodford Halse is about than 10 miles from Daventry, Southam and Banbury, in South Northants and is set in some wonderful rolling country side, making the drive or ride here great as well as being a great afternoon out. We have had visitors from Yorkshire and other far flung lands in the past, can we go one better this year?

The classic vehicle rally itself is free entry this year

We expect in excess of 1000 entrants to our country fair and classic vehicle rally.
