charles ware panel CHS 164

Post by philip jones 51 »

Hi,
I am having great problems obtaining a panel made by charles ware number CHS 164.
It is a small panel to fit on RHS next to chasis with large hole in and fixes to inner wing and bottom tieplate.
Has anybody got a spare one which I could purchase of them or does anybody know another company who makes this panel.
Regards,
PHILIP JONES.

Do you mean the engine bay floor?
I'm not sure what you mean by bottom tieplate.

It's the plate at the rear lower part of the engine bay - with the oval hole - exhaust pipe passes through the hole on the nearside. You may need to make your own.......

Hi MarkyB,
Its the small plate with large oval hole in ,(l\h side has exhaust pipe going through it ).
It secures inner wing to engine bay floor plate (one with three or four holes in ).

Other suppliers 'may' produce it to order.
Or make a template and make it yourself...
