EXHAUST

Struggling to get a seal between the front pipe and the manifold.
Any tips or advice greatly appreciated.

Clean any traces of sealant off joints
Check condition of exhaust pipe flange
Use new or VGC clamp.
Jack up front pipe until the flange is seated on the manifold then attach and tighten clamp.
I assume that you are not trying to connect a 1275 manifold to a 1098 pipe

A smear of exhaust paste helps - and the parts must be completely clean.
