brack light

when I run the car after 8 km ,the brack light is on -not off - but when i set off home it work fine - so ,then i stop the car and wait 2 h then cheak- then it work fine - what is the problem ?

Maybe where the Earth/Negative for the light is could be dirty? Try cleaning the contacts and Body where they are bolted?

no i think not a problem of electrical

The only way the brake light works is electrical,although there must be a switch to operate it when you push the pedal.

Sandun - you mention before that the brakes are jamming on when you drive the car - obviously there IS pressure building up in the system - and this is what is a) holding the brakes ON and b) bringing the brake lights ON. You must solve the pressure problem.... Are you SURE there is 'free play' at the brake pedal - and the return spring is in place and effective in pulling the pedal up (ie OFF) when you are not pressing the pedal ?

Free Play,in this instance means when you First push the brake pedal,it moves VERY easy for a little bit,then you should begin to feel resistance under your foot,NOT as soon as you push the pedal

after runing when i come back home - i feel, have some brack bind - but after 4h or 5h - not a problem-not a peoblem of padel ,it come up

As we have suggested before - you need to check the return spring - and the 'free play'. If there is none - shorten the push-rod going in to the master cylinder very slightly to make sure it can return 'home' - and there is some free play....

I would strongly advise AGAINST tinkering with brakes... anything to do with the hydraulic system needs looking at by a professional.

This is just a return spring problem - I'm pretty sure......or perhaps brake pedal binding on the shaft it shares with the clutch pedal?

Could well be - get under there with an oilcan and have a poke, see what's loose etc.

I screw the bleeder nipple then oil come out with dirty- how i remove dirty from all over the brack system

Fill with new - and bleed the 'dirty' out through each nipple one at a time. Good thing to do - but it's not the answer to your problem.......

"Free Play" I dont know how to check that, But I say What is happening ,when I First push the brake pedal,it easy for a little bit,then i Push pedal again I feel the pedal some tight - any time at the beginning pedal has a small play about 1 cm, I think it is normal - at the home I check the pedal and what happening to break light - I push the pedal very hardly but it work fine -I do it again and again if work now fine - I don't know what happen - I think have dirty

The switch may need replacing.

Has anyone replaced the pressure switch with a micro switch?
I think this is the modern way, much more sensitive and reliable.
