they're a bit small, and a bit wide...
I've got 14 x 5.5 on my minor, and even they look a bit small, and are almost too wide. Although i do have 185 tyres which makes them wider, and in closer proximity to the top trunnion and the wing.
If you really want them, you'll probably need spacers, certainly at the front, and probably the rear, as their offset is only 16mm. A standard minor rim is 25.4mm offset. But if you space it out too far, you'll have the tyre poking out of the bodywork.
Tyrewise, i'd go for 165x80 R13, maybe 175.
I'm sure someone who's got 13's on their minor will be along to advise.
