Headlining front board

Post by moray »

Hi, I need to make a new headlining front board. How thick is the plywood?

Would 4mm be ok? And can I use nuts and bolts to secure the clips or do I need to use rivets?

3/16 inch is ideal, but you'll probably have to make do with the 4mm rubbish :-?
Small bolts for the clips will be fine (use thread lock of some sort), rivets ideal.
