Horn Push Clips

How many clips should there be on the back of the 1098 Minor horn push made by Lucas?
I only have one clip and it looks like there may have been 3 originally.

The Triumph Herald has a similar Lucas horn push and the clip I am referring to is like this one

Just trying to get it sorted so that it doesn't land in my lap when I go over a speed hump.

Mine has 2 fitted and stays in fine. I can't see where a third clip would fit:[frame][/frame]
