trafalgar blue paint
hi , i ordered t/blue touch up paint and it came much darker. I put it down to just fading with age , is there only one shade of the blue or 2 ??

It is confusing. There are 2 shades of Trafalgar Blue One registered (by ICI I think) in 1969 is the darker one and is for Morris Minors the other 1971 is for the Morris 1100 and is slightly lighter. Both BU37 IIRC.

as far as I'm aware, the lighter and darker shades were used on Minors (late cars being a different shade to the early ones) - although this is only from observation, not from records. ;-)
