inerior painting

Post by cscott »

Recently acquired a morris 1000. Body work is sound although paint work is shabby. I don't intend to get this into concors condition as I don't have the money to do this sort of thing. I do want the paint work tidied up though. Anyone got any tips on doing the bulkhead from inside the car and also the engine bay ? Again I don't want to take the engine out to do this. I don't mind taking a few ancilliaries out but I don't have the facilities to take the engine out.

What about the bulk head inside the car ? Just get rid of the rust and hand paint ?

Simple remove the bits you don't want to paint, prep the surface to be painted mask off the windscreen and a like cover or pull back the carpet and as BM said spray away
