What is this bolt that set near the back lock

I see a bolt came out from the Back of the car ,near the place of spare wheel put ,What is this bolt ,for what ?[frame]

it is to hold your spare wheel in place, the bolt should pass through one of these..[frame]

There are two sizes of spare wheel clamp, one for 5 gallon petrol tank and one for 6.5 gall. tank

My car didn't have one these either... bought one off eBay for a few pounds.
